Most of the time, the reason a student cannot log into his or her account is because of 1 of 2 reasons. Either the student is using an incorrect email, or the student has forgotten his or her password. A student can reset his or her own password if the student knows his or her email.
Click "forgot password?"
Enter the email associated with your account, and click "continue."
A code is automatically sent to your email. Log in to your email account, and copy the code. (This is the same email you used to set up your CareerSafe account.)
Paste the code into the "reset code" field.
Enter your new password.
